Shipping & FAQ


How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped out within 4-6 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking email notification so you can follow your package all the way to your door. Deliveries take 7-21 business days and in rare cases 30 business days.

 

When will I receive tracking information?

Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us!

 

Where are your products from?

Our suppliers and manufacturers are located in the United States and Asia.  We ship directly from them to save our customers an additional shipping cost.

 

How can I track my order?

We've set up an automated tracking system that will notify you that your item has shipped.  You may also view your tracking information here: Track Your Order

 

I only received part of my order.

Items will occasionally ship separately at no additional cost. Each package will be assigned a tracking code and you will be notified via our automated tracking system if this is the case for your order.  

 

Is my personal information private and secure?

As a customer of Modern Ella, we want you to rest assured that you will experience the highest industry standards for payment processing. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process and your payment information is only used for the current transaction and is never stored.
